Do I need to pay return shipping?
Returns are made at your own charges. We support re-shipment costs.
What if the size does not fit me?
For size / item exchanges, please use the reimbursed store credit to place a new order for the replacement.

How can I check my order status?
Sign in to your Account (the one that you made your order with) and click on "Track Order". In some instances, a carrier's tracking information may only be available several business days after the order is shipped.

Do I need to pay taxes, customs & duties?
All orders are shipped in Duties Delivered Unpaid : As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment for these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.
